At Skin + Co. Owasso, we’re committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and results-driven experience for every guest. To keep our space peaceful and ensure the best service for all, we kindly ask that you follow these policies:
No Children in the Studio
To maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you make childcare arrangements before your appointment. Our studio is a serene space designed for self-care, and we appreciate your understanding.
No Food or Drinks
For your safety and to comply with Oklahoma State Board of Cosmetology & Barbering regulations, food and beverages are not permitted in the studio.
Cell Phones & Noise Consideration
Please silence your phone upon entering.
Refrain from phone calls during your appointment.
Keep conversations at a quiet volume to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests.
Cancellations & No-Shows
As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our providers. A valid card on file is required to book appointments.
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No-Shows: Missing your appointment will result in a 90% charge. Future bookings will require a deposit.
Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive within 10 minutes, we will proceed with your service, but time may be shortened to accommodate our schedule.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the applicable fee will be charged. You will need to reschedule.
No Refunds on Services
All services are non-refundable, but your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service:

Amanda is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and makes great recommendations on individualized treatment! I went in for a brow tint initially, but after talking with her about my skin decided to go for her July special facial, and it was the most relaxing hour I've had in a long time. My skin feels rejuvenated and I'm so pleased with the results after just one facial! I also decided to give brow lamination a try after loving the tint, and not only did she make time in her schedule for me to have it done before leaving on vacation, but Amanda is a brow ARTIST.
